VODACOM debited my account of 4559.00 for what i dont know!!!
i dont receive statements to keep track of what they are billing me for.
there systems are always offline!
my credit record has gone extremely low because they are always debiting my account with the wrong amounts.
now when its time to fix there mistakes they cannot do so diligently.
Thabo made an empty promise that my funds will be reversed as in yesterday!
Nadine from accounts cannot assist me because she has no info regarding the complaint!
Nomonde cuts the call on me!

my account balance with my bank is sitting at minus, all my debit orders are getting bounced and vodacom is not interested... I AM LIVID... the reference number i received from Thabo on 03/12/2013 - s3t9j1eeoacf
