NO ANSWER AT CALL CENTRE!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE HAD TO POST MY COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE AS VIRGIN MOBILE DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THE CALL CENTER AS MONEY IS STILL DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER TERMINATING IT MONTHS AGO!!!

I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO RESILWE (CALL CENTER) AND NOW BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 10MIN!!!
