There does not seem to be anyone in the call center at Virgin Mobile. I have called twice and all I hear for 15min is that my call is important and it will be answered, but never does!!! Nambulela promised me almost a week ago she would get back to me and this is why im trying to get some or any assistance from Virgin Mobile!!!
