Lack of internet access

I have laid a complaint to MTN directly before and the problem was repaired for a couple of months.however, we are back there again. Firstly I understand that MTN throttles (not shapes) after 3GIGs on their MTN uncapped lite contract, but we are being completely throttled out of the internet and are unable to gain any access at all. I resent having to pay R300 a month for no service whatsoever. Every time we try to load a page it tells us the 'This webpage is unavailable' or the internet is so slow that we can't even load Facebook or Twitter properly.
I chose to go with MTN because I liked the wireless option as I didn't want to have to have a Telkom line, but at this point I'm beginning to think that ASDL would have been a better option.
Just to let you know: many people are turned off by MTN uncapped due to the fact that you are throttled after 3G (which is pathetic) - nowadays that constitutes 3 or 4 YouTube videos depending on length.
I'm counting down the days to the end of my contract, so that I can find an effective ISP. But in the meantime I would really appreciate it if you could fix my internet access problem.
