Mweb Charges after account has been cancelled

I cancelled my Mweb service on 31 July 2013 with an email to the accounts department.
Due to their mismanagement, they only contacted me back on 5 August 2013, stating that I have to fill out a specific cancellation form, and that my service will only be suspended at the end of September 2013.
Even though I was on a month to month contract with Mweb, they are trying to extort two additional months of payments out of me, (even though I never utilized their service even once in those 2 months), threatening to report me to the credit bureau if I don't pay with an sms to me today.

I think this type of treatment is totally inappropriate.
