Good day
i have uncapped line with telkom and when i got the line i asked the sales lady at the shop that will i be throttled and she sad no i will get un limited download and browsing, and i git a 2meg line and now when on the 19th of April i did a speed test and my down load speed was and is still .006 and up load is .017
and i cant even brows the net and when i call the call center they sad i was throttled and i asked why and the guy sad i must go and read my contract and i told him that i was told that i wont be caped he sad he cant help. must go and read my contract and i asked him to plz tret me like a paying customer, and he stated getting angry at me saying that i was abusing the the Internet . i am not happy with the way telkom treated me and i need my Internet because i was to by the sales lady plz help
