I handed in my 3 month old Samsung S4 in on 17.10.2013 for a battery. I was told it would take 2 weeks. After waiting a month my screen was replaced and no battery was sent back. Not even the broken one. Obviously Cell C did not follow the consumer protection act and didn't offer me the 6 month warranty assessment as they should have. Even though Samsung have acknowledged the problem with the batteries. I still do not have my phone and this is now my 3rd hello peter post!!! Clearly cell c has no regard for clients or even the law!! How can I cancel my contract so this can just get over with??? I would love a response one day
