This is the 3rd month since i paid my arrears for my contract phone and MTN has promised to remove the listing on credit bureu but nothing has happened so far, i tried calling them several times but no help and i cannot get credit from banks becuse of this, would anyone please help me this people are just making empty promises and i am so tired i even regret taking a contract phone with MTN because it seems they do not value their customer i was only unemployed for about 6 months but already i am listed they dont even take your reasons for not paying.
