Unacceptable Service

Vodacom Insurance is utterly useless!!!

Working in a top brand environment myself, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, but i have been fighting with Vodacom/cellsure for the last 4 days!

After my tragic mugging and the of my laptop, I spent an entire morning at the police station, and another 20 minutes blacklisting my sim. I sent through a claim on the 27th of May, and until this day Vodacom says they have not received my claim form.

Every consultant i speak to says there is nothing that can be done as their system is slow and i must call back in 30 minutes to an hour. How is this customer service, when your website states once a claim has been emailed through a consultant will call me back!! So much for a 24 hour turn around time!

My laptop is crucial to my business and its been 5 days with no response from vodacom! it seems they love to attract customers, but deliver after service!
