MTN... poor is not even the correct word to use!!!

MTN keeps suspending my account every week even after paying almost R1000 to have it reconnected every time! I am so fed up with MTN services, sorry if there were any service!!!

I am seriously considering changing networks as I cannot keep this up.

They keep cutting my line without warning and then they refuse to reconnect my line. When I call the call centre, I wait at times for up to 2.5 hours per call!!! Iv'e got the proof on black and white for these calls.

Please help!!!
