The supplier loads a data bundle twice but makes it my problem that i must still pay. Then after reaching an agreement i am told that i will receive feedback and will not be charged for the second data bundle as i did not request it... Only to be debited out my account at the month. No feedback what so ever was provided and after calling again today I STILL RECEIVE NONE! I am beyond livid!! Absolutely pathetic as neither the agent in east london or JNB know how to do their job! I am not prepared to pay for something i didnt ask for and want my money back! Best yet is that i have the voice recording so i would love to hear the excuse!
