I've moved to my current address 2 years ago and have not had a day where I had internet for the entire day. My ADSL keeps on dropping alot during the day. I've phone 100's of times and then a port restart happens and then it goes good or a few hours then, the same again. Telkom has been there as well. Last week I phoned again and complaint AGAIN!!! without success. The agent pulled a report and said that he can see the ADSL dropping alot. He said he will look at it and he will get in contact with me again. BUT NOTHING. SO I'VE HAD NO ADSL FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS, I CAN'T USE IT AND MWEB DON'T CARE ON ASSISTING MY. THERE CLIENT SERVICE IN VERY VERY BAD . I'M PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I CANT USE.
THIS IS VERY VERY VERY ANNOYING AND I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!
