Logged a call for a call-out last Thursday (27/06), made payment same day. Received an email on Friday morning indicating a technician would call the same day. NOTHING. Called the help desk on Monday (01/07) and was promised a technician would call. NOTHING. Called the help desk again Tuesday morning and AGAIN promised a technician would call. NOTHING AGAIN. Called the help desk in the afternoon and was promised AGAIN a technician woud call within 30 minutes. NOTHING (3 hours later).
Their motto Service Excellence... they need to change it to NONservice Excellence. Because they are excellent at non service.
