I Purchased a internet stick 1 GIG MTN for my daughter for school, this has been running for about 6 months, this month R1767 goes off my account. When I phone Saturday to query I get told its a open line.

I have never been explained this to explain to my child. I want this liked into because I cannot pay this? I want this capped or cancelled and someone to tell me who went wrong here.

I phone this morning again and get told Ayanda did the contract but he only gets in at 9:30 and his boss Mathew also and Nasipho that answered the phone only came in early today to clean the office.

So I have to speak to incompetent people when I call???

THIS IS A JOKE I cannot do this!!!
