Bad service

I've actually applied for adhoc data bundles for 300MB instead they gave 300sms, I called autopage to resolve this but its not done yet since last week wednesday even today this problem is not fixed. Now they even blocked my sms service I cant even send an sms how long will this take and they keep telling me that their IT department will look into it but for how long. Cause this is uncalled for really I've never seen such a bad service in my life. please help.
