I Sent my Iphone in to have the wifi repaired. After being told it can take up to 21 days to be returned... I then only received it back after ONE MONTH. THEN when I received the sms to collect from Cell C Cavendish, I get told they were not able to test it first in the shop as 'their wifi wasn't working very well that day'. THEN I take my 'newly repaired' phone home only to find that it has NOT been repaired, it has simply been returned to me as is. A MONTH to tell me you have done NOTHING Cell C??? Please explain.?? I am lost for words.
