I took my blackberry bold into Vodacom to get it repaired. The damage was that no one could hear me talk unless it was on loud speaker. I received an SMS saying that it was fixed and I collected it, however it was still broken. I then took it back a second time on the 30th May 2013. I have not heard a word or any update regarding my cellphone. Surely it doesn't take over 28 Days to fix the microphone on a blackberry esp from SA largest cell company. My contract is not only paying for data and calls but also for the purchasing of this cell, however I am not receiving this benefit
