Called the Telkom Cancelations Line on 10210 twice this morning at 11:18 and 11:39 both times to end up holding on the line for 20 minutes before being cut off without even speaking to a consultant to cancel our line. No doubt Telkom will turn around and say I must pay for another month of service because I have not given one month's notice. Hence the reason I want my notice submitted TODAY. Not all of us have 40minutes to waste waiting on the phone due to Telkom's incompetence.
Everything this provider does is done poorly!
