I am an ffice manager for ActionCOACH RAndburg. We have 2 fixed telephone lines and wanted to canel one in order to apply for the Telkom mobile unlimited special. I was told to email my request to [Email Removed] and that I would need to give one month's notice. I sent the email in May to give notice in June so that end of June the line is cancelled. I have not received ANY response from Telkom and I have called several times only to be taken from pillar to post. I have sent the email at least 4 times and today 2 July, my line is still active and I have called the telkom business call centre only to be put on hold until I hung up 20 minutes later. This is the worst service ever. For a big company like Telkom! I am disappointed... Maybe it is time to consider Neotel
