Once again Vodacom continues to upset me more than ever. My account was debited with over R500 again on Saturday when it should have been in a credit situation and I have still not received any form of an account or itemised billing as requested and done at Cresta via e-mail or post. This has been ongoing now for 6 months and I will hand all this documentation to my attorney this afternoon to proceed with a legal process against Vodacom. It has become obvious that all my requests for accounts withheld from me is a case of hiding excessive billing and he has instructed me to go ahead with some claims against Vodacom.
I have only had the worst service from such a huge corporate and enough is enough.
