We took a contract with Nashua Mobile in September 2013 for Samsung S4. The phone had problems with 3g connection, battery was always hot and couldnt switch off. We took the phone in and was advised that the warranty fell off beacuse we didnt use the contract sim card. I told them about samsung warranty and was told thereis no such and that they going to charge us to repair the phone. I then phoned samsung and was told that the phoneis still under warranty and that I should bring it in. I then phoned Nasua Mobile and told them but still insisted that it is not true. They didnt even investigate my claim. I feel the staff at Nashua dont know the products that they selling. As I write here the phone came back from Samsung repaired without any charge.
