Billed 26 times in a 24 month contract

I took out a Blackberry 8520 on contract on 30/04/2011 and told the person that did the paperwork to activate the contract on 01/05/2011 so that it is easier to keep track. He agreed but I was billed on the 01/05/2011 for two months. My contract billing is in advance. Anyways - when I called the accounts department - they said that they will sort it out when the contract is ending.

At the end of March this year (2013) - I gave in my one month's notice. They have terminated the contract before the month finished and also terminated my BBM services which should have continued till the end of April 2013 because I paid for it.

Anyways, I overlooked that as well.

Then I see a further debit order go through my account - which really me off.

I am a financial accountant and I keep track of all my accounts. So effectively - I paid for 26 months in a 24 month contract as well as I didn't get the benefits I paid for.

I will NEVER support Nashua Mobile again!!!
