VODACOM ACCOUNT PROBLEM

I entered into an iphone contract in Aug 2011. I have since had numerous issues with Vodacom relating to account issues. Whilst some of the issues have been resolved yet again, for the third time, I am unhappy as my contract expiration date is incorrect. This was supposedly recitified the previous time I complained but on going into the Vodacom store and enquiring as to when I am eligible for an upgrade as I was of the opinion that it would be around late June/July this year given that the contract will be over 21 months old by then only to be told that my contract was taken out in Feb 2012, which is was not. I have also viewed my account online which stipulates that my contract expires on 28 Nov 2013, which is not possible as the contract will be over 27 months old at that stage, I signed a 24 month contract in Aug 2011 which means the expiration date should be Aug 2013. Please can someone from Vodacom look into this and revert. I would also like to request that the store that initiated this error, amoungst others (Clearwater Vodacom - situated underneath the escalators) not be in contact with me and furthermore I dont want them handling this query at all.
