5 COMPLAINTS AND NO FEEDBACK

I HAVE HAD IT NOW WITH CELL C!!! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC... I LOGGED 5 COMPLAINTS AND STILL NO FEEDBACK.LOOK INTO THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! DATES OF COMPLAINTS, 23 & 28 OCTOBER, 4, 21&26 NOVEMBER.
I have 2 contracts with Cell C and both contracts have ended but I have an outstanding amount and it has been handed over, 1 number is with debr recovery and the other number is with Polosa. I fail to understand how cell C can hand over 1 account to 2 different collections agencies. what I also dont get is that the last letter I got in September says that I owe R1439.81 that is the total for the 2 lines, and then you hand over my account to polosa and they tell me my bill is R1625.00 and Debt recovery is R1425.00. so how it is possible that I owe R3050 in total, this is ridiculous because my monthly fee was only R148.25 per month for each line. I need someone to look into this as soon as possible and I want both numbers handed over to the same collections agency, i cannot deal with 2 different people. I want to make payment and I have no clue what reference numbers to use because Cell C will just stuff up my account again as usual.
