Last year my account was in arrears. When I was able to I settled the amount immediately in order to have my services re activated. The payment was made on 19/7/2013.
I have now received a phone call from Polosa advising my account has been handed over to them for collection for this amount which was settled in July 2013.
I then called Cell C legal who have confirmed that they cannot see why I received the call as my account is up to date.
Polosa will not call me unless Cell c hands the account over. Yet again someone in Cell c has messed up and it is now my problem.
I cannot wait for this contact to end so that I can be done with Cell C and its incompetence
