I have a contract wth cell c--it ended in sept but i did not cancel it because i am looking to upgrade. now the problem is that i was told that i have two contracts: i had no idea i had it.. but wel to cut story short i called the call centre to find out. i was told that the acc has been handed over to polosa. i called the polosa people and made arr wth them, i made the first payment about two weeks ago. i called them today to find out wht the balance was because i wanted to settle whatever was lest so that i could upgrade because i was told i have a block on my acc. polosa told me that the acc was no longer wth them but wth cell c, i called cell c and cell c told me that the acc is wth jm attoneys, i called them and they told me that the acc isnt wth them but wth cell c---i called cell c again and i did not understand a thing: i was told that i am owing an amount less than the one that i was initially told by polosa, i was told that there is no paymnt reflecting on their systems that i made two weeka ago. i am very angry and very confused. this thing will end up ruining my credit profile, i have been tryna get it resolved from last year. i love cell c but i have ad enough!!!
