Very Poor Customer Service

Couple of days back i listed my complain here on Hello Peter, That was after i have tried so much in vain to resolve the issue of the misleading contract and over billing i had with Cell C, From February after taking a contract which i was told is a prepaid but was changed without my knowledge to Open contract and over billing occurred more than once and no one would bother to contact me and fix this,
Before writing to Hello Peter i then again called their call centre and was told my account is now with Polosa, i called Polosa with the reference i was given by Cell c but Polosa don't have my detail under my ID number or reference Number, Then Mr. Baloyi after I wrote my complain on Hello Peter Called me and promise to look into it, Now i receive a call from the Dealer i applied for vehicle finance saying i have been listed on ITC,
The worst part is that no one from Cell C and Polosa ever bothered to call me and warn me that my account is gonna be handed over, The last time which was February and the times i called after i'm still waiting to be contacted by Cell C within 48 hours,
I 'm more than willing to pay my installment from February but no one is saying anything.
