DISGUSTED IN CELL C- I WANT FEEDBACK IMMEDIATELY

I have logged numerous complaints dated 2 Dec, 26 Nov, 21 Nov, 4 Nov, 28 Oct, 23 Oct. and Nobody is able to give me the proper feedback that I require. I have said on numeropus occasions that I want to make payment on my cell C account but I need to know who to pay and what reference number to use in order for my payment to be allocated. I have 2 lines with Cell C and both numbers were handed over to 2 different collection agencies with 2 different amounts. I am quering the amounts because it definately isnt correct. why is it so difficult for CELL C to give me this information, I am sick and tired of logging complaint after complaint and no-one gets back to me. this is a serious matter because my credit record is at stake here, and I am not going to take this lightly if I get listed because I have been corresponding with Cell C for the past few months now with no feedback. I want this matter to be handled immediately. and I want a manager to call me, I am tired of working with incompetant people who dont now what they are doing.
