I did an upgrade on my contract with MTN direct which was successful and activated on the 21st of October. Received missed call from the N1 and requested to contact them, when I do that it leads me to RTT courier and they refer me back to MTN. Not a pleasing event at all.
How can I be charged on a contract phone which I don't have? I am really not pleased with the service at MTN.
