Call from Cell C direct. Assumed it was an upgrade on existing contract, but not so. Sent phone back as already had an existing contract and was due for upgrade. Phone returned unopened in same box etc by courier within the 5 day period stipulated.
Have since been charged for this contract now 6 months going forward.
Upon attempting to contact cell c - I get passed from pillar to post and been advised it is being investigated!
Is this a murder??? they have proof that the phone was returned, now being investigated by the accounts department!! Still no joy after phoning 5 days later after being told it would take 48hours. Two e-mails have been forwarded and automated response. This will be attended to.
Just phoned again and been told that the contract has NOT been cancelled as yet and will be transferred to the retensions department well I am still hanging on the phone - oh no! they actually cut me off. Names 26/3/2013
Ellen on 4/4/2013 - Olga and so it carries on. Where is Trevor Noah now? Where do you go from here - so frustrating as all you talk to are these non caring people in the so called customer CARE centre.
