Billed for GPRS on top of BIS internet plan

Every month I get billed for GPRS costs even when I am paying for the BIS service every month.
The only response I get from Autopage is: "Kindly be advised that you are not being charged for having GPRS active on your account."
Then why is there GPRS costs on my bill every month?
I logged another request on their My. Account system and they e-mailed me on 11 June 2013 that the query has been escalated to I.T. to confirm the GPRS billing but still I have not heard anything from them.
