Bad service/Incorrect billing for GPRS downloads

I renewed my contract in December for a BB9360, after 2 weeks i had to send it in for repairs. I only noticed my high GPRS costs in April and noticed that i am being charged for GPRS downloads which i didnt incur. They never had a loan phone so i had to use a phone without any internet, yet i was being charged over R125 for GPRS. Samantha Naidoo dropped the call in my ear while i was explaining the situation, i had to wait for almost 5 mins for another consultant to answer. IT report came back saying that its my downloads, theres nothing they can do.!!! you have an investigation area.. investigate why my there are downloads taking place while i am asleep and not using my phone, even when i never had the phone, downloads were still taking place. they never called me back with the report, i had to call them back. Way to treat your customers Altech Autopage, way to give your clients a big fat finger! You need to investigate this matter, not the client!! and i want a refund for the incorrect billing!!!
