Wrong billing for the months of November, Decembe

I first conracted Atopage Customer cervice when I received my November bill and understood I have been charged extra for GPRS usage when I have BIS on my account and never watched videos or anything that I should be charged extra for. I was told that a query was logged and was given a ref number. I've never received a call from them about my query, when I phoned back was told the response is that BIS does not cover everything and told me I can't prove I never watched videos or YouTube. When I received my December Bill I was horrified when I saw I was charged extra two amounts- one for R533 from MTN and one for R916 for CellC before VAT for the same line. When I did the upgrade I was going to be transfered from MTN to CellC, but that was another big issue. In the December bill I could see I was Charged every time I was using internet from both MTN and CellC, when I have BIS on my account. After many calls to Customer service and going to the branch nobody wants to understand what am I talking about, I I always given diferent ref N and never got phonecalls back. I went to The Game city branch And that was the only place where I found understanding, But they couldn't solve my problem.
