Consumer rights disrespected by not informing me

On 25/11/2013.I lodged a complaint when my phone became dis-functional. A Day later at 14h07:52 I was told that someone will contact me to assist me and I should expect contact soon. In 5 days time my phone was collected and a person, who I could not follow due to his accent or a poor line contacted me. After 120 hours, I am still in the dark. What happens to the 54 hours response??? I feel my consumer rights were ignored for the following reasons:-.1) I was not informed that BBM functions, the right to make and receive calls in terms of your contract will be inferior and not be available on a regular basis. 2) I was unaware of possibility that calls can be cut in the middle of conversations with answer network not available.3) I was not informed that data transfers are poor. I derive my work from clients PHONING ME so if the cell C system make my phone unavailable and clients cannot get hold of me I loose income. If I was informed of the problems I would not join Cell C irrespective of the cheap rate. I note from Hallo Peter that 92% of clients is still unhappy with service after reports to cell C. Now request Carteblanche to investigate Cell C as I feel I pay for no value
