Debiting account without receiving airtime

I took out a contract at Vodacom Canal walk on Sat 23rd. Had problems the very next day with the battery and software. Took the phone in & 6 days later I still hadn't received any feedback. On the 4th day they decided to debit my account without giving me my airtime!! 7 days later & after being on the phone to customer care every single day I still haven't received any explanation! I went in & told them i want a CPA cancellation. Shaun said he would sort it out with head office the next day & get back to me by 3pm. This did not happen so I phoned in AGAIN. He kept me on hold and eventually I put down, phoned back & spoke to Adriana (manager). She said head office can only phone me on Monday to sort it out!!! I told her I wanted my money back and she laughed at me saying she will contact head office now & get back to me. Monique from phones me saying she cant do anything & can only ask her manager to contact me on Monday (after I was told this would be sorted out today). I am SHOCKED at the LACK OF COMPETENCE & CONSISTENT (being told they would get back to me) & the cheek of Vodacom to take my money without sending airtime as stated in contract.
