Opened a new contract with CellC Greenstone mall.
Called the call centre to have a limit set. Masi my friendly neighbourhood consultant advised me that the call limit is R15k?!!! My my credit cad is R10k! Seems someone didn't mention that the call limit is R15k?
Infact I have two contract both on open line contracts. Means I'd owe you CellC R30k incase I exceeded my limits on both?
I am in shock.
