Request to cancel contract on 29th Oct 2012

I sent through an e-mail request on the 29th Oct 2012 (11.17am), email read at 11.25am (same day) as a month notification to cancel my contract. To date, NOTHING has been done! This is a clear indication of INCOMPETENCE as the call centre agents with whom I have liaised with have done nothing except escalate my impediment into the CELL C customer abyss. (MacDonald (7th Jan) ; Thembehlile (24th Jan); Busiletso (30th Jan - was on hold and then she cut the call); Gloria; Eddie (30th Jan - call was disconnected); Bongi)
Ref: SN 210 290 1466 and 301 240 2336.
Absolutely appalling service attitude and incompetence to take -3months to cancel a contract that still has not yet been done.
