I don't know how many times I have to call or e-mail to cancel my cell-c account before they cancel it! I opened a one year data contract with cell c in August/September of 2011. When the contract lapsed 12 months later I was told to phone cell-c to cancel it otherwise they would continue this contract on a month-to-month basis. I did just that on the 4th of February 2013. I was told that the normal debit order would go off for the month of February at the end of February 2013. It's the 30th of march 2013 today and the debit order has still gone through. I haven't used their service in over 6 months and yet I'm still paying for it no matter how many times I call!!!
I want a refund and someone to be held accountable!!!
