BAD SERVICE

I wall called by a cellc agents and she basically told me that if I'm I not happy with there service than she can cancel my application, so I told her if thats there attitude than she can cancel it, which took them 5days to do it.

If you have ever tried to call cellc's customer care, its as if they have a bench of five year old children working there,

All I want them to do is cancel the number port request so that I can upgrade my contract with Vodacom
and send my an email that proves that my application was canceled.

also I would like to cancel my data contract as there is never ever signal?

thank there are the a company like Vodacom, who know how to treat their customers.
