I went into Vodacom 4 u to renew 2 contracts in July. I told the sales person I had over a 1000 minutes, would they be carried over? YES, absolutely was her reply so I continued. At the end of the month these minutes had disappeared off my statement. When I queried this at the store I was told that there was nothing they could do. Why would I do the renewal if I was to lose the airtime? I was to so the store could get the sale. The Manager made a dismal attempt to try to assist. She seems to have lost interest and didnt care about my problem from the beginning, instead blaming Vodacom policies. I have called, emailed and gone into the store for the last 2 months. Elzette couldnt be bothered. Its a disgrace. I paid for these minutes and I want them! Vodacom is a rip off.
