Sales people with bad attitude means loss in busin

Vodacom is one of the worst network service providers. without any notice, u suddenly left stranded without bis because the network is down and try getting decent service from them is like trying to comfort a baby with collic... impossible. I lost my contract sim card and have been trying to do a sim swap, unfortunately Vodacom Musina didnt have stock and the vodacom customer care couldnt send me one unless I lived over a 100km away from a vodacom store. when i finally did manage to get one at the Musina store I couldnt complete the sim swap because my payment to vodacom was a day late... needless to say the assistant had the gall to inform me..that customers dont pay their accounts and want to complain about bad service!!!
Vodacom is always in breach of their contract... u pay for being provided with a service, when that service is not provided or disrupted in any way all u get is we are trying to sort it out... yet a day late in payment renders u a bad customer??!!! They big time and need to review their customer relations, after all its the customers who keep them in business!!!
