Vodacom

Useless, Useless, that's Vodacom. Besides the issue of bad reception, let's go to my call to their customer care tonight. Yesterday I upgraded one of my 4 lines (stupidity on my side). As part of the deal, I got a starter pack. I asked the gentleman should I not RICA the starter pack, to which he replied no. Insert the sim in old phone, NO RICA so no go. I phone Vodacom Customer Care. The person helping me was of no help, so I talked to the supervisor Mr Jonathan Mahobe. Of course he could not help me either, they are not capable of helping anybody, just there to answer the phones. He advised me to call the Menlyn Vodacom Store (where I did the upgrade), as I refuse to go and stand in the queue again. So now, having let go of a word I'm not proud of, I asked for the store's number. The number I got was 012 369 9999. Oh please dial it, as it is Metro Home Store Menlyn! Vodacom Customer Care doesn't have a list of their own stores?! By the way the number is 012 348 1672. I want this pre-paid sim working, and either the store manager or Mr Mahobe, will come to my house and RICA the thing! Awaiting Vodacom's reply in anticipation. This will go on Facebook!
