Store clerk refused to help

I went to the store at Fourways mall as I had an account query. The lady at the till sighed when I approached her. When I asked her to check the name of the account holder she said that was impossible and I must leave and call the call centre. When I asked her to call the centre for me, as I had tried this already, she stared at me, walked away and started texting on her phone. I waited for another store clerk to become available, and this man was extremely helpful and found the information straight away - no hassles. However, this woman has created such a bad image for the store for refusing to help me, compounded by exceptionally bad service I've had in the past, so I have cancelled my vodacom contract and have gone to another service provider. I will never set foot in another vodacom store, I am cancelling my entire families contracts, and I am telling each and every person that I meet about what a bad attitude vodacom has. Best decision I ever made was to leave this useless company.
