My phone was collected, your technicians assessed my phone on behalf of SONY.. Which I was already disappointed about, Expecting you actually assessed my phone, I was upset when you said there was nothing that could be done. "I could toss the phone". Well its fixed and working, upgrade your technicians they don't have a clue clearly! As I told them, check the battery! try replacing it? No the motherboard was damaged beyond repair they told me! Sony also passed the buck!
