I wrote to hello peter on the 28th Nov regarding my unhappiness with regards to my billing on my contract with Altech. On the 29th I received a call from such a pleasant young lad who managed to sort out my query. For the life of me I cannot remember where I misplaced my little handbook whith all his details, please check on your system and extend my sincerest gratitud to him. He called and heard me out on my query and explained to me what the protocol at altech was and he promised me that he would call the billing department to request a credit to my account he then promised meto call me back when he had feedback from them. His turnaround time was very prompt. Thank you so much young man for the assistance and great customer service you afforded me customer service like this is neededA! Keep up the good work!
