Termination of the wrong numbe

In September of this year I send a fax to Head office requesting a few changes on the company lines when they have reached their out of contract date... In this fax a number should be ported to prepaid and another two terminated now in the month of November. To my lovely surprise yesterday morning I discovered that head office has deleted the wrong number... And the lines that should have been terminated is still active... I phoned the head office immediately where I informed them that my line has been wrongly terminated. I was told that their system shows the exact opposite however when you try and phone me you get the message that says "the number is not on the mtn network". I told the consultants that this is a company line and that it is unacceptable to have it down. Cancelations department informed me that the IT department will contact me shortly and that the issue will be resolved within the same business day. It is now a day later and I keep on losing business. No one from the IT has contacted me so far. I have called Head Office again today and no one knows what is going on!
