Earlier this year, I did an upgrade with Happy at your renentions centre on my cell phone. I upgraded to a S3 mini on a top up R329 a month. On my new account recieved this month, my subscription is now R567.88. My account in one month has gone from R339 to R758. Attempts to reach customer service are impossible and I have spend 37 mins calling from outside South Africa in an attempt to reach a consultant who hung up twice mid call. My contract upgrade was recorded and subscription confirmed, including documents I signed when I took delivery of the phone. I need clarity to my email address, sandifriedenthal at [URL Removed] as I am currently overseas and not contactable by phone. I have not paid my November account as yet but wish to do do as soon as I have the correct amount. My payment history shows every single month my account being paid in full and on time. I am a very unhappy Virgin Mobile customer.
