Unacceptable Service - and still waiting

Good Day,
Us as a huge corporate thought we would go ahead and support our local company first with the opportunity to get our business in terms of 7 corporate contract lines, apart from that also selecting the top of the range contract, with more lines to follow, we needed these for our reps that started on the 2nd, its has been a week now and till date we have had no feedback only the lame excuse of its still pending, I have got no co- corporation form these people. I then called yesterday to complain and got a excuse they don't have numbers for me, and I cannot contact the head office. I finally got hold of a head office number, - 012 642 1413. To talk to a guy who assured me that we will be called back within the hour. its not 9h13, still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. those phones need to be delivered today. I can just imagine if this is the service we get now, how am I going to be dealing with you when we do have the lines.!!! I want answer else I take my business elsewhere.
