I ordered a Samsung s4 online from MTN DIRECT in September 2013. A month later I tried to charge the phone and it gave me a error message "battery temperature to low to charge" I took the phone with the box and all accessories to the MTN SP shop in East rand mall. They booked it in and said it would take 3 working days. I then was contacted with a collection number for a new phone and I have been trying to contact MTN for the replacement and have been promised to received my phone. However it's been a month again and still no phone or contact from MTN. I am not happy as the sales lady who did my contract promised me again on Monday the 25th of November and today is Friday? No phone no explanation!!
