I submitted my Galaxy SII to repair at TM electronics in KZN. The phone was unrepairable and as its under guarantee a replacement phone was requested from JHB. Its been 9 working days and I was promised it would take 5. TM electronics gave me their contact persons details in JHB out of desperation as they are constantly calling Vilma in JHB and never getting any response. Upon calling Vilma in JHB myself, which is almost impossible as her phone is constantly engaged she proceeded to make it my problem that she had been off sick for 3 days. She was still unable to advise me when a replacement phone will be on its way to KZN. How can Samsung work like this? Its shocking that even though I am liable for a replacement phone I will be waiting for weeks on end and still no promise as to when it will arrive.
